This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use custom tools, automations, and deliverables built by TradeBoost (“we,” “us,” “our”), a service of Marlo Labs. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Use

You may use deliverables built by TradeBoost to:

  • Automate and streamline your legitimate business operations
  • Improve internal workflows, scheduling, and communication
  • Generate reports, analytics, and business insights
  • Enhance customer-facing experiences within your business

Prohibited Use

You may not use our deliverables to:

  • Break the law — violate any local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
  • Spam or harass — send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harass any individual or organization
  • Deceive — mislead consumers, create fake reviews, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Discriminate — make automated decisions that illegally discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Compromise security — attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
  • Resell our work as a service — repackage and sell our deliverables as your own consulting or SaaS product without written permission
  • Harm others — use tools in any way that could cause physical, financial, or reputational harm to individuals or businesses

AI-Specific Guidelines

When using AI-powered tools we build for you:

  • Always review AI-generated outputs before acting on them in critical business decisions
  • Do not use AI tools to generate content that impersonates real individuals
  • Comply with the acceptable use policies of underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Disclose AI usage to your customers where required by law or industry standards

Enforcement

If we become aware of a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Request that you cease the prohibited activity
  • Suspend or terminate your retainer without refund
  • Revoke access to any shared systems or tools

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action, except in cases of serious or illegal activity.
