Agreement to Terms
By accessing tradeboostpros.comor engaging TradeBoost (“we,” “us,” “our”), a service of Marlo Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.
Services
TradeBoost provides a free service tracking app for commercial locations and related services. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Service request tracking and history
- Equipment and location record management
- Preventive maintenance scheduling and context
- Vendor record keeping and routing assistance
Pricing & Payment
The core TradeBoost app is free to use. Fees, if any, apply only to optional services such as vendor matching or premium features. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you are charged.
- No subscription fee for the core app
- No setup fee
- Cancel anytime: You may stop using the service at any time with no notice required
Data Ownership
Your data is yours. All records, service history, equipment details, and vendor information you enter into TradeBoost belong to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@tradeboostpros.com.
No Guaranteed Results
We provide consulting and tool-building services to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, or ROI. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and business operations.
Your Responsibilities
By using TradeBoost, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating records or submitting requests
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not use the app for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Not attempt to access systems or data belonging to other users
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeBoost and Marlo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
TradeBoost may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates from third-party providers. Vendor relationships facilitated through TradeBoost are between you and the vendor directly — TradeBoost is not a party to those contracts.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Termination
You may stop using TradeBoost at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
